الملخص

الملخص: جاءت الدراسة الحالية محاولة لمعرفة المعيش النفسي للمراهقات ضحايا زنا المحارم، فهذه الظاهرة من اخطر الجرائم الجنسية التي عرفتها البشرية قديما و لا تزال تهدد صحة الفرد و المجتمع لما تخلفه من آثار نفسية واجتماعية يصعب علاجها، و لإنجاز الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج العيادي بواسطة تقنية دراسة الحالة على عينة قصدية لمراهقتين تعرضتا للاعتداء الجنسي واحدة من طرف الأب البيولوجي و الاخرى من طرف العم، شملت الدراسة على اداتين مهمتين في البحث السيكولوجي تمثلت الاداة الاولى في المقابلة العيادية و الثانية في اختبار تفهم الموضوع، اجريت الدراسة بعيادة نور الامل للعلاج النفسي بولاية سوق اهراس خلال الفترة الممتدة من16 جوان 2017 إلى غاية 12 مارس 2018 و قد بينت نتائج الدراسة معاناة الضحايا من معاش نفسي مرضي حيث بينت استجابات الحالتين سيطرة اعراض مرضية من نوع اضطراب الشدة عقب الصدمة و اضطراب الاكتئاب. الكلمات المفتاحية: المعاش النفسي ــــ المراهقة ـــ الضحية ـــ زنا المحارم. Abstract the present study is an attempt to discuss the psychological pension of adolescents victims of incest. This phenomenen is one of the most serious sexual crimes known to mankind in ancient times and continues to threaten the health of the individual and society because of the psychological and social effects that are difficult to cure. In order to complete the study, we used the clinical method by means of the technique of case study by an intentional sample of two adolescents who were sexually assaulted by one of the biological father and the other by the uncle. The study included two important tools in the psychological research, which was the first tool in the clinical interview and the second in the test of understanding the subject. The study was conducted in Nour El Amal clinic for psychological treatment in Souq Ahras city during the period from 16 June 2017 to 12 March 2018. The results of the study showed the suffering of the victims of psychological disorder, where the two responses showed the control of symptoms of the type of post-traumatic stress disorder and depression. key words: Psychological pension ـــــ AdolescentsـــــVictims ـــــ Incest
