النّظر المقاصديّ في فكر الإمام العلامة محمد البشير الإبراهيميّ رحمه الله من خلال آثاره

الملخص
ملخص: هذا البحث هو محاولة لتجلية مكانة المقاصد في فكر الإمام العلامة محمد البشير الإبراهيمي رحمه الله، وهو كما هو معلوم أحد المجددين الكبار والمصلحين الأعلام الذين ظهروا في القرن 14 هـ، وقد بلغ في العلوم الشرعية واللغوية شأوا عظيما بهر كلّ من لقيه واستمع إلى محاضراته الرائقة، إلاّ أنّ انشغاله بالنّضال الوطني، ومقاومة الاستعمار، وقضايا الإصلاح الكثيرة والمختلفة، مع ضياع أغلب آثاره المدونة غطّى على مساهماته العلمية، بل غطّى على صورته كعالم متمكن مجتهد مستقلّ الرأي والفكر، فهو في نظر أكثر الناس مصلح كبير وأديب مبدع. ثم إنّ رأس العلوم الشرعية التي تبرز مكانة العالم وتبريزه فيها، علم مقاصد الشريعة؛ ولهذا جاء هذا البحث لإبراز النّظر المقاصدي عند الإمام البشير الإبراهيمي من خلال آثاره المتبقية والمطبوعة. Abstract: This research is an attempt to clarify the status of the purposes in the thought of the Imam Muhammad El -Bashir Ibrahim El -Ibrahimi, may God have mercy on him, which is known as one of the great innovators and reformers flags that appeared in the 14 th century, has reached the sciences of legitimacy and language great horror of all those who listened to his lectures But his preoccupation with the national struggle, the resistance to colonialism, and the many and varied reform issues, with the loss of most of its effects .covered his scientific contributions. He also covered his image as an industrious, industry, independent and independent scholar and thinker. And then the head of the forensic science, which highlights the status of the world and its differentiation in it, the science of the purposes of the law; and this is why this research came to highlight the contemplation of Imam El -Bashir El -Ibrahimi through his remaining traces and printed.
