التعذيب كأسلوب ممنهج أثناء الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر

الملخص
-الملخص- لقد كان التعذيب عملا منهجيا يمارسه المحتل الفرنسي تحت قيادة الجيش والشرطة باعتباره يعد وسيلة حرب فعالة وسريعة لتحقيق الانتصار، وهي أبشع جريمة ارتكبها الاحتلال لما ينزله من آلام ومعاناة شديدة بالإنسان. ولم تقتصر أعمال التعذيب على الأسرى والمحتجزين من المقاومين فحسب بل أن هذه الأعمال الشنيعة امتدت لتشمل المدنيين أيضا. وهنالك عدة أشكال من التعذيب مارستها الاحتلال الفرنسي في الجزائر سواء التعذيب البدني و النفسي، الاغتصاب الجنسي، اختفاء الأفراد، وغيرها، ورغم من أن فرنسا صدّقت على العديد من المعاهدات الدولية ذات الطابع الإنساني لكنها لم تطبق أية واحدة منها عندما تعلق الأمر بالشعب الجزائري. إن استخدام التعذيب لم يكن مجرد فعل إستثنائى محدود بأفعال معزولة و بلغة القانون الدولي الإنساني لم يكن فعلا انفراديا بل كان عملا رسميا منظما ومنهجيا يمارس بصفة مستمرة مما يعني انه كان يعبر عن سياسة دولة الاحتلال الفرنسي التي طورها ضباط فرنسيون. - summary- Torture the most heinous crime could be committed in the human right, which is the most heinous crime committed by the French occupation in Algeria, inflicts severe pain and suffering to human beings. The torture was systematic work practiced by the OCCUPIER under the command of the army and the police as a means of effective and expeditious war to achieve victory, not only acts of torture on prisoners and detainees of the resisters, but that these heinous acts extended to civilians. There are several forms of torture practiced by the French occupation in Algeria, both physical and psychological torture, rape, sexual abuse, and the disappearance of individuals, and other, although France has ratified many international treaties of a humanitarian character, but did not apply any one of them when it comes to the people of Algeria. The use of torture was not just an exceptional few isolated acts and the language of international humanitarian law was not a unilateral act but was officially organized and systematic exercise continuously, which means that he was expressing the policy of the state of the French occupation developed by French officers
