موقف الأمم المتحدة من ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية بين الحماية والمكافحة

الملخص
يعتبر موضوع الهجرة غير الشرعية من أهم الظواهر التي باتت تؤرق المجتمع الدولي، لكونها أصبحت واسعة النطاق تمس أغلب دول العالم بنسب متفاوتة، تمثل فيها الدول المتقدمة دولا للاستقبال في حين تمثل دول العالم الثالث دولا مصدرة للمهاجرين غير الشرعيين، ومن أجل ذلك بذلت هيئة الأمم المتحدة جهودا معتبرة من أجل إيجاد حلول مناسبة للمشاكل المترتبة عن ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية سواء فيما يتعلق بحماية حقوق الإنسان للأشخاص المهاجرين، أو فيما يخص مكافحة ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية، إلا أن جهودها مازالت ناقصة لعدة اعتبارات. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة سيتم التطرق إلى جهود الأمم المتحدة في حماية فئة المهاجرين غير الشرعيين، وإلى جهودها في مكافحة ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية. The issue of illegal immigration is one of the most important phenomena that bothered the international community, since it gains a widespread and affects to varying degrees most countries of the world. Hence, the developed countries represent host countries while third world countries represent the source of those illegal immigrants. As a result, the United Nations has made considerable efforts to find appropriate solutions to the problems of illegal immigration. Both in terms of human rights protection for immigrant people and the fight against the phenomena of illegal immigration itself, however these efforts are still insufficient for several reasons. This study will tackle the United Nations’ efforts to protect the illegal immigrants in addition to its efforts to combat the phenomena of illegal immigration.
