الملخص
تتفق كل المجتمعات على أن الوسيلة الوحيدة لضبط أفرادها تتمثل في وسيلة القانون حتى قيل: "لا قانون بلا مجتمع ولا مجتمع بلا قانون"، باعتبار القانون ظاهرة اجتماعية وليدة بيئتها تسعى إلى تحقيق مبادئ متعددة على رأسها: الحرية، العدالة، الأمن. في إطار هذه المهام نحاول الإجابة عن كيفية التفاعل والانسجام بين القانون والمجتمع. There is a general consensus that the only way to regulate the society is the rule of law. There is a saying that goes there is no law without the society and no society without a law. As the law is social phenomenon created by its social environment in order to achieve different principals such as freedom justice and the rule of law. Within this perspective we are trying to give an answer on how law and society in interact and harmonize.
