الملخص باللغة العربية : يتعرض النظام الأسري في ظل إيقاع التغير السريع والتطورات العلمية المذهلة إلى تقلص في أداء وظائفه الأساسية التقليدية. ولم يتوقف الخطر الداهم الذي يعصف بالأسرة التي تعد ركيزة أي مجتمع إنساني وتقدمه عند هذا الحد بل تجاوزه إلى انتشار ظاهرة الطلاق كأول خطوة في طريق تفكك الأسرة وبروز السلوكات الإجرامية على أوسع نطاق لتطال تقريباً كل المجتمعات الحاضرة المتقدمة منها والنامية، من بينها الجزائر التي عرفت في الآونة الأخيرة تزايد عدد المجرمين لعدة عوامل ارتأينا حصرها في مشكلة الطلاق من خلال إبراز العلاقة بين الطلاق و الجريمة . Résumé Sous le rythme rapide du changement et des développements scientifiques spectaculaires, le système familial rétrécit ses fonctions de base traditionnelles. Le danger imminent qui afflige la famille, qui est la pierre angulaire de toute société humaine et ses progrès à ce stade, mais a dépassé à la propagation du phénomène du divorce comme la première étape dans la voie de la désintégration de la famille et l'émergence de comportements criminels à plus grande échelle presque affecte toutes les sociétés actuelles avancés et en développement, y compris l'Algérie, qui est connu et n'a pas arrêté Récemment, le nombre de criminels a augmenté pour plusieurs raisons, ce que nous avons vu comme limitant le problème du divorce en soulignant la relation entre le divorce et le crime. Abstract: Under the rapid pace of change and dramatic scientific developments, the family system is shrinking its traditional core functions. The immediate danger that afflicts the family, which is the cornerstone of any human society, has not stopped and has progressed to the spread of the phenomenon of divorce as the first step in the path of family disintegration and the emergence of criminal behavior on the widest scale to affect all present and developing societies, Recently, the number of criminals has increased for several factors, which we saw as limiting the problem of divorce by highlighting the relationship between divorce and crime.
