مستوى العبء الذهني لدى عمال بريد الجزائر بورقلة في ظل بعض المتغيرات

الملخص
: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى العبء الذهني لدى عمال بريد الجزائر بورقلة ، ومعرفة الفروق في مستوى العبء الذهني باختلاف بعض المتغيرات التنظيمية و الشخصية ( الجنس و الأقدمية )، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة مكونة من(82) عامل ببريد الجزائر بورقلة ، تم طبق عليها المقياس المعد و المصمم لهذا الغرض و تم قياس الخصائص السيكومترية للأداة للتحقق من إمكانية تطبيقها على العينة الأساسية، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ارتفاعاً في مستوى العبء الذهني ، وعدم وجود فروق في مستوى العبء الذهني تبعا لمتغير لمتغير الجنس و الأقدمية . Résumé :Le but de cette étude est de connaître le niveau de la charge mentale chez les travailleurs de la Algérie poste a Ouargla , et relever les différences de niveau de la charge mentale selon les variables organisationnelles et personnelles (Sexe et ancienneté), et pour réalises ce but nous avons fait une expérience au prés d’un échantillon de (82) travailleur ,et nous avons applique le paramètre et on a mesure les propriétés psychométriques pour être sure de la possibilité de son application sur la charge mentale essentielle ,les résultats de l’étude ont montre une augmentation de la charge mentale chez les travailleur de la Algérie poste a Ouargla ainsi que l’absence de différences entre les sexes et ancienneté. Summary : The purpose of this study is to know the level of the mental load among the workers of Algérie post in Ouargla , and to note the differences in the level of the mental load according to the organizational and personal variables (Gender and seniority), and to achieve this goal we have experimented with a sample of (82) workers, Apply the scale designed for this purpose The psychometric properties of the instrument have been measured to verify that they can be applied to the basic sample , The results of the study showed an increase in the level of mental load , and there were no differences in the level of mental load according to the variable of gender variable and seniority.
