الملخص
ملخص البحث: يتناول البحث مسألة البحث العلمي في علوم الشريعة بين مشكلة الموضوع وتكرار المضمون علم الكلام نموذجا، حيث يبين أهم المشكلات التي تواجه الباحثين في هذا المجال وما هو واقع فيها من تكرار، سواء على مستوى العناوين أو المضامين وجعلت علم الكلام مثالا باعتباره من أكثر العلوم التي يقع بها هذا التكرار، واقتراح بعض الحلول للخروج من المشكلة، والاستفادة فيما يبذل من جهد ووقت في بحوث تنفع الأمة وتلبي حاجياتها، وفقا للمقاصد التي جاءت من أجلها الشريعة الإسلامية. Research Summary: The research deals with the issue of scientific research in the science of Sharia between the problem of the subject and the repetition of the content of speech science model, where the most important problems facing researchers in this area and what is the reality of the recurrence, both at the level of titles or content and made the science of speech as an example of the most science that is located This repetition, and propose some solutions to get out of the problem, and benefit from the effort and time in research benefit the nation and meet its needs, according to the purposes for which the Islamic law came.
