التعليم المفتوح ودوره في استدامة التعليم في المجتمعات- تجربة جامعة القدس المفتوحة أنموذجا

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على التعليم المفتوح ودوره في استدامة التعليم في المجتمعات- تجربة جامعة القدس المفتوحة أنموذجا، حيث أن زيادة إتاحة التعليم العالي المفتوح يساعد الناس على توسيع قدراتهم، والمساهمة بطريقة مباشرة في تحقيق أهدف التنمية المستدامة للمجتمعات، لأن التعليم العالي المفتوح بفلسفته القائمة على استيعاب قاعدة واسعة من الراغبين في متابعة تحصيلهم من التعليم العالي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن التعليم المفتوح يعد فرصة لتحقيق التعليم العالي الشامل، العادل، ذو الجودة والنوعية العالية لجميع فئات المجتمع لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. فالتعليم المفتوح بالنسبة لجامعة القدس المفتوحة هو نظام تعليمي عصري يتجاوز حدود الزمان والمكان، ويطّوع المحددات الاجتماعية والثقافية. The aim of this study is to identify open education and its role in sustaining education in societies. The experience of Al Quds Open University, Increasing access to open higher education helps people expand their capabilities and contribute directly to the achievement of the goals of sustainable development of societies. Higher education is open to its philosophy of accommodating a broad base of those interested in pursuing higher education. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that open education is an oppor Quality and high quality of all segments of society to achieve sustainable development.
