Abstract: our research work deals with the benefits of the periods of crisis of the company. Our goal is to make account of the values and standards that leadership have put in place in the face of the crisis. What has pushed us to make this choice is the interest that they relate to the staging of the values, procedures and new perspectives. In effect, the closure of the company leads to the threat to the survival of political parties but we found that it becomes a real opportunity to establish new values, attitudes, cultural and behavioral, reflections and performances more powerful to get out of the crisis. Our reflection is scope on the case of the industrial company in Algeria. This last has experienced periods of economic decline due to the oil shocks and economic crises, which has optimized the management of the company in offering an opportunity for cultural change and taking into account the cultural dimension as a strategic issue in the process of transformation.
