الملخص

هذه المقالة تحاول لأول مرة أن تقدم الإطار المعياري الصيني العام المتبع في تدريس اللغة العربية في جامعات ومعاهد الصين، وتحاول أن تبرز الخصائص التي تميز بها هذا الإطار المعياري من حيث مرتكزات الإطار وأهدافه ومتطلباته المعرفية والكفائية ومستوياته الدراسية، وما يهدف إليه كل مستوى وما المطلوب في كل مستوى من القواعد النحوية، وإن الإطار المعياري الصيني العام لتدريس اللغة العربية هو معيار لازم لتأسيس أقسام اللغة العربية، وتطويرها، وتقييمها، وهو معيار عام على مستوى جمهورية الصين، تخضع له الجامعات والمعاهد في نظام (الليسانس). This article attempts for the first time to provide the general Chinese standard framework for the teaching of the Arabic language in the universities and institutes of China, and tries to highlight the characteristics that characterize this normative framework in terms of the foundations of the framework and its objectives and requirements of knowledge and efficiency and levels of study, and what aims at each level and what is required in The Chinese General Standard for Teaching Arabic is a necessary standard for the establishment, development and evaluation of the Arabic language departments, which is a general standard in the Republic of China, which is subject to universities and institutes in the system of licence.
