التأهيل الاجتماعي للمحبوس الخطير

الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: تعتبر عملية إعادة الإدماج الإجتماعي للمحبوسين بسيطة في شكلها و عميقة في محتواها و تظهر أكثر تعقيدا خلال تنفيذها ذلك أن مرافقة المحبوس أثناء تواجده بالمؤسسة العقابية و بعد خروجــه منها ليس بالأمر الهين ، لما تتطلبه العملية من جهد و فعالية و برامج و إمكانيات بشرية و مادية و فنية حتى يتسنى للمحبوس إعادة مكانته في المجتمع ، و قد تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع إعادة الإدماج الإجتماعي للمحبوس الخطير في أربعة محاور هي: أولا:تعريف المحبوس الخطير . ثانيا:إمكانية تأهيل المحبوس الخطير اجتماعيا. ثالثا:كيفية تعامل الموظفين العاملين بالمؤسسات العقابية مع المحبوس الخطير. رابعا:التدابير الأمنية الواجب اتخاذها اتجاه المحبوس الخطير. الكلمات المفتاحية: المحبوس، اعادة التاهيل الاجتماعي، المؤسسة العقابية. Summary The process of social reintegration of the detainees is simple in form and deep in content and appears more complex in its implementation. The accompaniment of the prisoner during his presence in the penal institution and after his departure from it is not an easy task, because the process requires effort, effectiveness, programs And Human, material and technical resources, so that the detainee can re-establish his place in society. This study dealt with the issue of social reintegration of the dangerous prisoner in four chapters : 1)- Definition of the dangerous prisoner. 2)- The possibility of rehabilitating the socially dangerous prisoner 3)- The manner in which the employees working in penal institutions deal with the dangerous prisoner 4)- Security measures to be taken towards the dangerous prisoner Keywords: imprisonment, social rehabilitation, punitive institution
