الضوابط الترجيحية ومنهجية التعامل مع مرويات السيرة النبوية

الملخص
مخلص باللغة العربية من المؤكد أن هناك العديد من الفوارق بين دراسة النصوص المقدسة في الأديان بشكل عام وبين دراسة الحراك التاريخي لهذه الأديان ، خاصة لدى الباحثين الذين ينتمون إليها . فالنصوص المقدسة بشكل عام من الضروري التعامل بمنتهى الحذر والتثبت فيما يتعلق بمدلولاتها خاصة أن هذه المدلولات سوف يكون لها أثراً تشريعياً في حياة المؤمنين بها ؛ في حين أن هذا المستوى من الحذر يكون أقل كثيراً فيما يتعلق بالحراك التاريخي لأتباع هذه الأديان، لكونه بشرياً في كل الأحوال حتى لو اعتبره بعض المتدينين مقدساً ، فإن البعض الآخر قد لا يعتبره كذلك . على أن نصوص السيرة النبوية الشريفة تمثل حالة خاصة ، فسيرة أي نبي مؤسس لدين وبالرغم من كونها تدخل في نطاق التاريخ ، إلا أنها تمثل كذلك أحد الدلائل التي يعتد بها في صياغة التشريعات المتبعة أو في نقضها ، وبالتالي فهي تحمل قدراً كبيراً من القدسية كالنصوص المقدسة ومن الضروري التعامل مع هذه السيرة بما يلائم قدسيتها وما ستمثله من أثر في حياة المتبعين لهذا النبي . وربما تحمل سيرة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم نوعاً من الخصوصية ، فهي لم تكتب في عهده ولا في خلال القرن الهجري الأول ، فأول كتاب السيرة ، كما يبدو ، هو ابن إسحاق المتوفي سنة 151 هجرية ، وبالتالي فمن غير المتوقع أن تكون المرويات عن النبي (ص) دقيقة جداً فيما نقلته عن السلف ، بل إن بعض الأحداث المرتبطة بفترة ما قبل مولد النبي (ص) لم يعاصرها أي من الرواة الذين نقلوها لنا ، وبالتالي فمهما كانت مصداقيتهم في نقل الحديث فإن عدم معاصرتهم للحدث قد تجبرنا على ضرورة إعادة النظر في طريقة نقد مرويات السيرة من أجل الوصول إلى سيرة نبوية أكثر خاصة مع حالة التنوع التي نلحظها في المرويات المتعلقة بالفترة المبكرة من التاريخ الإسلامي بشكل عام . مخلص باللغة الإنجليزية There are certainly many differences between the study of sacred texts in religions in general and the study of the historical movement of these religions, especially among researchers who belong to them.Generally, sacred texts need to be treated with utmost caution and with regard to their connotations, especially as these connotations will have a legislative effect on the lives of believers; While this level of caution is much less with regard to the historical movement of followers of these religions, being human in your Even if some religious people consider it sacred, others may not consider it However, the texts of the Prophet's biography represent a special case: The biography of any prophet is a founder of religion and although it falls within the scope of history, it also represents one of the important signs in the drafting of the legislation adopted or in its denunciation, and thus carries a great deal of sacredness such as sacred texts and it is necessary to cooperate I hope with this biography to suit her holiness and the impact it will have on the lives of those who follow this prophet Perhaps the biography of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is a kind of privacy, she did not write in his reign or during the first Hijri century, the first book of biography, apparently, is the son of Isaac deceased in 151 Hijri, and therefore it is not expected that the Prophet (PBUH) is very accurate in what she transferred from the Salaf Indeed, some of the events associated with the pre-birth of the Prophet (PBUH) were not corroborated by any of the narrators who transferred it to us, and therefore, whatever their credibility in conveying the hadeeth, their lack of interest in the event may compel us to reconsider the way of criticizing the history of the narratives in order to reach a more special prophetic biography with the case of Diversity that we observe in the early period of Islamic history in general
