نظم دعم القرار ودورها في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية بالمنظمات

الملخص
المعلومات، و تركز هذه النظم على توفير الدعم المناسب لتحسين جودة القرار في المنظمة و التي تعتمد على كفاية المعلومات و ملائمة النماذج لتحليل المشكلة. و يهدف بحثنا إلى تسليط الضوء على ماهية نظم دعم القرار و التعرف على أدوات بنائها و تقديم اطار يساعد المنظمة في اختيار أحد أدوات بناء نظم دعم القرار. وتوصلنا إلى أن نظم دعم القرار كأهم مورد للميزة التنافسية في منظمات الأعمال المعاصرة في تحقيق قيمة وخلق ثروة باعتباره قوة تأثيرية على جميع مهام المنظمة للتأقلم مع التغيرات البيئية، لذلك تلتزم منظمات الأعمال بحمايته و حسن إدارته و استثماره للاستفادة منه في خلق التميز التنافسي. Abstract The organizations are constantly changing. where DSS are the result of the information technology. DSS focus on providing the relative support to improve the quality of decision making in the organization. The quality of decisions depends on the information availability and the adequate models of analysis .we aim to identify DSS which reflect many technological on organization as to how far or close it is to the developments in this field. The research concluded that the DSS is also the strength of impact of on all functions susceptible to supply it the services which facilitate its adaptation to the variations of its environment, where from the need to protect such a capital, to manage it well a lot there constantly to make durable its competitive advantage es organisations subissent de changements successifs, où les systèmes d’aide à la décision sont devenus le résultat de l’évolution des technologies de l’information, ces systèmes visent à fournir un aide approprié pour améliorer la qualité des décisions au sein de l’organisation, ce qui dépend de la pertinence des informations et de la pertinence des modèles de l’analyse du problème. Notre recherche a pour but d’indiquer la définition du DSS et identifier les outils nécessaires à leur construction, et fournir un cadre pour aider l’organisation à choisir un outil pour construire des DSS, nous avons constaté que les systèmes d’aide à la décision sont la ressource la plus précieuse pour un avantage concurrentiel dans les organisations contemporaines afin de créer de la richesse.
