التحليل الرباعي Sowt لبيئة الجامعة والخيارات الإستراتجية الممكنة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تناول التحليل البيئي وفق منهج التحليل الرباعي لمصفوفة SWOT)) وأهمية استعماله في الجامعة، بهدف رصد التغيرات الداخلية والخارجية التي تتعلق بمحيطها، وكيف يمكن من خلال دراسة بيئة الجامعة، ومعرفة وضعها الإستراتيجي المتمثل في تحديد نقاط القوة والضعف الداخلية ورصد التهديدات والفرص الخارجية، أن يساعدها في وضع إستراتجية تناسب وضعها الحالي، من خلال اختيار البديل الأفضل، الذي يتطابق وموقف الجامعة اتجاه أهدافها ومنافسيها وتطلعاتها المستقبلية، المرتبطة ببيئتها الخارجية المتغيرة باستمرار. Résumé L'objectif de cette étude d'aborder pour une analyse environnementale en conformément méthode de l'analyse quadriparti de la matrice SWOT et de l'importance de son utilisation dans les universités, afin de surveiller les changements internes et externes lié de leur environnement et de déterminer comment ils peuvent grâce à l'étude de l'environnement universitaire. et connaître sa situation stratégique; identifier les forces et les faiblesses internes et surveiller les menaces et opportunités externes; aidez-la à mettre une stratégie en adéquation avec sa situation actuelle, à travers la meilleure alternative qui corresponde à la position de l'université et à orientation de ses concurrents et de ses aspirations futures, liée à son environnement extérieur Qui change constamment. Abstact This study aims to environmental analysis according to the quadratic analysis of the matrix SWOT and the importance of its use in the university, to monitor the internal and external changes that relate to their environment, and how it can through the study of the university environment, and knowledge its strategic situation; identifying strengths and internal weaknesses and monitor external threats and opportunities; help her to put a strategy fit its current situation, through the best alternative which corresponds to the position of the university and the direction of its competitors and future aspirations, linked to its external environment constantly changing.
