الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: إن تزايد دور العلم العسكري وتعاظم تأثيره على كافة جوانب النشاطات العملية للقادة على مختلف مستوياتهم يجري في الوقت الحاضر جنبا إلى جنب مع تسارع وتيرات التطور والمتغيرات في مضمون المعارف العسكرية – العلمية نفسها والتعقيدات التي طرأت عليها. وفي مثل هذه الظروف العصيبة والحرجة فإن المسألة الملحة التي تطرح نفسها هي زيادة فعالية العلم العسكري الذي يقع على عاتقه تقديم أفضل النتائج بأقل استهلاك ممكن من الوسائط المادية وبأقصر فترات زمنية والمطالب في الوقت نفسه بوضع حد لمعضلات العمل العسكري الحيوية. والشرط الذي لا غنى عنه لتحقيق فعالية العلم العسكري وتحقيق أفضل النتائج للأبحاث المتعلقة به ووضعها قيد الممارسة العملية داخل الكيان العسكري هو السعي المتواصل نحو أعداد الأسس المنهجية للمعرفة العسكرية –العلمية وتطوريها– على هذا الأساس – للأساليب العامة والخاصة بغية حل المسائل النظرية والعلمية في المؤسسة العسكرية. Abstract : The increasing role of military science and its increasing influence on all aspects of the practical activities of leaders at various levels are taking place simultaneously with the acceleration and evolution of developments and changes in the content and complexities of military-scientific knowledge. In such difficult and critical circumstances, the pressing issue that arises is to increase the effectiveness of military science, which has the best results with the least possible use of physical media and with short periods of time, while demanding an end to the dilemmas of vital military action. The indispensable condition for achieving the effectiveness of military science and achieving the best results for its research and its practical application within the military entity is the continuous pursuit of the systematic bases of military-scientific knowledge and its evolution on this basis for public and private methods to resolve theoretical and scientific issues in the military establishment .
