ملخص البحث: الاستثمار الوقفي في فقه الأولويات إن عملية استثمار الوقف يتطلب سلوك منهجا معينا يضمن التطبيق السليم له من حيث تحقيقه لغايات التشريع من سنه أصالة، والذي لا بد أن يتماشى ومستجدات الحياة ومتطلباتها، ما يفرض توسع مجاله في الاستثمار، وتعدده وتنوعه بتطور النشاط الاقتصادي وأسالبيه حسب الأولويات التي تتطلبها متغيرات الواقع، في ضوء فقه دقيق محكم يخدم أساسا مقاصد الشارع، الذي يوصلنا إلى الرقي الحضاري والتقدم الاقتصادي. exploiting the endowments in the low of the priority the abstract of the research The process of investing the cessation requires a particular methodology which includes the appropriate application of it.this matter achieve the purposes of legalization, and must keep up with life updates.the following procedure enforces the expansion and the diversity of the investment field according to priorities and different variables of reality under the light of a compact and particular doctoring which serves at first the goals of legislations and whome fulfil the economic and civilizationnal progress.
