قراءة في النظرية التوليدية التحويلية

الملخص
الملخص هدف هذا البحث إلى بيان الأهمية التي اضطلعت بها النظرية التوليدية التحويلية في الدرس اللغوي؛ إذ كان لها دور مميّز في التحليل اللغوي للعبارات والجمل المختلفة. وعرض هذا البحث لنشأة النظرية التوليدية التحويلية على يد العالم الأمريكي )(تشومسكي)(، وبيّن أهم المرتكزات التي استندت إليها هذه النظرية، وأهمها الجانب العقلاني، باعتبار اللغة ظاهرة عقلانية، فجعلت هذه النظرية المجال الأساسيّ للدراسة اللغوية هو وصف المعرفة اللغوية وليس السلوك اللغوي فقط. ثم تناول هذا البحث قضية الفطرة اللغوية، واكتساب اللغة؛ إذ يرى (تشومسكي) أن الإنسان يمتلك جهازا لغويا قادرا على إنتاج عدد هائل من الجمل، وهو قادر كذلك على تمييز السليم من غير السليم منها، وناقش البحث أيضا مفهوم الكفاية اللغوية والأداء اللغوي؛ إذ تبيّن أن الكفاية أمر ينطبع عليه الإنسان منذ نعومة أظفاره. ثم عرض البحث للقواعد التحويلية التي اعتمدها (تشومسكي) في تحليل الجمل، وتوقف البحث عند مفهومي: البنية السطحية، والبنية العميقة، إذ تبيّن أن لكل جملة جانبين: جانب عميق أصيل كامن في الدماغ، وآخر سطحي يظهر بصورة منطوقة في العالم الواقعي، وبيّن البحث أهم العناصر اللغوية التي تنقل الجملة من بنيتها الأصلية (العميقة)، إلى البنية الجديدة (السطحية)؛ لتصبح جملة تحويلية، وختم هذا البحث بأهم النتائج التي خلص إليها الباحث. Abstract This study aimed to explain the importance of the generative-transformational theory in a linguistic study. This theory had a distinctive role in the linguistic analysis of different phrases and sentences. The study showed the beginning of Chomsky's generative-transformational theory as well as the most important basis on which the theory was built. Since this theory is seen as a mental phenomenon, the mental aspect is the prior one. The main aspect of the linguistic study is the description of the linguistic knowledge rather than the linguistic behavior. This study also discussed the concept of innateness and how it is related to language acquisition. Chomsky believes that a human being possesses a linguistic device which enables him/ her to produce a great number of sentences and to decide which of these sentences is grammatical or not. The study also discussed the linguistic competence and performance. It is found that competence is inherent. Moreover, this study shed lights on the transformational grammar which had been adopted by Chomsky in analyzing sentences. The study, on the other hand, discussed both deep structure and surface structure that each sentence has two aspects: a deep on in the brain and a surface one appearing in real pronunciation. The study showed the radical linguistic elements which move the sentence from its deep structure to a new surface structure in order to become a transformational sentence. Finally, the researcher has come up with important results written at the end of this study.
