العوامل السياسية والقانونية وأثرها على المشاركة السياسية

الملخص
تعد الظواهر والمفاهيم السياسية من أكثر الظواهر والمفاهيم تأثيراً وارتباطا بالعديد من الظواهر الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية، فالسياسية ظاهرة حاضرة في كل ظاهرة، محشورة في كل فعل وحركة، لهذا لا يمكننا تناول موضوع كالمشاركة السياسية دون الحديث عن علاقته بالمتغيرات والمفاهيم السياسية الأخرى. لذا نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على موضوع المشاركة السياسية من خلال الحديث عن بعض المتغيرات والعوامل السياسية والقانونية التي من شأنها التأثير على مستويات المشاركة السياسية. وقد وجدنا في هذا المقال أن المشاركة السياسية تتأثر بجملة من المتغيرات السياسية والقانونية، حيث يؤثر كل من طبيعة النظام الانتخابي وكذا النظام الحزبي، وقوة أو ضعف الاحزاب، بالإضافة إلى نوعية الاستحقاق الانتخابي، ونزاهة وشفافية الانتخابات على مستويات المشاركة السياسية. Political phenomena and concepts are amongst the most influential phenomena and concepts, as they are linked to many social, economic and cultural phenomena. Politics is a phenomenon which is present in every phenomenon, entrenched in every action and movement. This is why we cannot deal with a subject such as political participation without talking about its relation to other political variables and concepts. Therefore, we aim in this search paper to attempt to shed light on the issue of political participation by talking about some variables and political and legal factors that affect the levels of political participation. In this article, we find that political participation is influenced by a number of political and legal variables. The nature of the electoral system, party system, therefore affects the strength or weakness of the parties, as well as the quality of the elections, and the integrity and transparency of the elections also affect the levels of political participation.
