استعمال تكنولوجيا المعلوماتية تسهل على التاجر القيد في السجل التجاري

الملخص
الملخص : تتعدد التزامات التاجر، أهمها القيد في السجل التجاري الذي يجعل ممارسته للنشاط التجاري يتم بشكل قانوني، و لمسايرة التحولات الاقتصادية و التكنولوجية، فقد أجاز المشرع الجزائري بموجب قانون04-08 المعدل و المتمم و المرسوم التنفيذي15-111، القيد في السجل التجاري و استصدار مستخرج منه بالطريقة الالكترونية، مع إمكانية إرسال الوثائق بنفس الطريقة و ذلك وفقا لإجراءات التوقيع و التصديق الالكترونيين. مما يظهر معه أن استعمال تكنولوجيا المعلوماتية ستعمل على تسهيل عملية القيد في السجل التجاري.. RESUME : Les commerçants sont astreints à certaines obligations, principalement l'inscription au registre du commerce qui rend l'exercice d'une activité commerciale légale. Et pour suivre le rythme des changements économiques et technologiques, Le législateur algérien a passé, a autorise, selon la Loi 04-08 modifiée et complétée,et le décret exécutive 15-111, l'inscription au registre du commerce et l’obtention d’un extrait de celui-ci par voie électronique, avec la possibilité d'envoyer des documents de la même manière et conformément aux procédures de la signature et la certification électronique. Cela, montre que l'utilisation des technologies de l'information facilitera le processus d'inscription au registre du commerce. ABSTRACT :Traders are bound to certain obligations, principally the registration In the commercial register, which makes the practice of the commercial activity legal. And, in order to keep pace with the economic and technological transformations, the Algerian legislator has authorized, according to Law 04-08 as amended and supplemented and Executive Decree 15-111, the registration in the commercial register and obtaining an extract of the latter by electronic means, with the possibility of sending documents in the same way and in accordance with the procedures of electronic signature and certification. This shows that the use of information technology will facilitate the process of registration in the commercial register.
