نوعية المؤسسات الية لتحسين مناخ الاستثمار الاجنبي(حالة الجزائر)

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى إظهار أهمية نوعية المؤسسات في تهيئة المناخ الناسب لقدوم المستثمر الأجنبي للجزائر, حيث ينتظم البحث في جانبين : جانب نظري تم من خلاله رصد لمختلف الأدبيات الاقتصادية التي تناولت تحليل اثر مختلف الإصلاحات المؤسسية على تحسين مناخ الاستثمار الأجنبي.مع التركيز على إظهار الميكانيزمات التي يمكن من خلالها أن تساهم نوعية المؤسسات في تحسين مناخ الاستثمار. وتناول الجانب التطبيقي بالتحليل مكانة الجزائر في مختلف المؤشرات التي تقيس جودة البيئة المؤسسية حيث أظهرت الدراسة أن بنيتها المؤسساتية لم تصل بعد إلى المستويات والمعايير المرجوة مقارنة مع بعض الدول خاصة دول منطقة شمال إفريقيا والشرق الأوسط مما كان له اثر سلبي على مناخ الاستثمار. Abstract: The study aims to demonstrate the importance of the quality of institutions in creating the appropriate atmosphere for the arrival of the foreign investor to Algeria . it consists of tow parts : atheoretical part wich reviewed the various economic theories that dealt withe analyzing the impact of institutional reforms on improving the foreing investment climate, with a focus on demonstrating the mechanisms through wich the qulity of institutions can significantly contribute in improving the investment climate. The empicial part analyzed Algeria’s position in the various indicators that measure the quality of the institutional environement , in wiche the study showed that its institutional structure has not yet reached the desired levels and standareds comperd to some countries , such as the countries of the North Africa and the Middel East in particular, wich has had a negative impact on the investment climate.
