الملخص
ملخص: تمتد التنمية البشرية إلى الجوانب السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية، إنها تنمية متوازنة، مرنة، تتخذ من الإنسان أداة و هدفا، ومعيارها هو الرفاه الاجتماعي الذي يعبر عن مدى إشباع حاجات الناس الأساسية من صحة وغذاء و تعليم، وهي بهذا تتكامل مع مفهوم أخر هو التنمية المستديمة لتشكل مفهوما جديدا للتنمية, ولكي تتحقق هذه التنمية لابد من توفر المناخ السياسي والاجتماعي الملائم، مناخ تسود فيه الحرية والمساواة، وتحترم فيه حقوق الإنسان . Abstract: Human development extends to the political, social and economic aspects. It is a balanced, flexible development that takes the human being as a tool and a goal. Its criterion is social well-being, which expresses the satisfaction of the basic needs of people with health, food and education. Sustainable development is a new concept of development. In order to realize this development, there must be an appropriate political and social climate, a climate of freedom and equality, in which human rights are respected . Résumé: Le développement humain s’étend aux aspects politique, social et économique. C’est un développement équilibré et flexible qui considère l’être humain comme un outil et un objectif. Son critère est le bien-être social, qui exprime la satisfaction des besoins fondamentaux des personnes en matière de santé, d'alimentation et d'éducation. Le développement durable est un nouveau concept de développement. Pour réaliser ce développement, il doit exister un climat politique et social approprié, un climat de liberté et d'égalité, dans lequel les droits de l'homme sont respectés.
