قياس فعالية حوكمة الشركات باستخدام التحليل العاملي التوكيدي بشركات الإسمنت في الغرب الجزائري

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة لقياس مدى فعالية حوكمة الشركات بشركات الاسمنت في الغرب الجزائري وذلك باستخدام التحليل العاملي التوكيدي، ومعرفة البنية العاملية وأهم المكونات والمؤشرات التي تمكن من دراسة هذه المتغيرات بصفة دقيقة وصحيحة وبغية الوصول لذلك تم اختيار عينة قصدية من شركات الاسمنت في الغرب الجزائري حيث شملت 121 استبانة، فتوصلت النتائج إلى أن حوكمة الشركات تحتفظ ببنيتها العاملية المكونة من الأبعاد الستة: الإفصاح والشفافية، مسؤوليات مجلس الإدارة، العدالة، المسؤولية الاجتماعية احترام أصحاب المصالح، الانضباط حيث من ضمن الاقتراحات الذي اظهرها برنامج (AMOS , Version20) هو حذف الأسئلة المتعلقة بكل بعد الذي يفترض بأن عملية حذفها ستزيد من قوة دلالة النموذج ومن جودة مؤشراته. This study aims to measure the success of corporate governance in cement companies in the Algerian west through the use of confirmatory factor analysis and dissecting the factorial structure in addition to the most important components and indicators that allow the study of the variables in an exact and correct method. Hence, a sample of selected cement companies in the Algerian west included 121questionaire. The results obtained show that corporate governance preserves their factorial structure and its six dimensions: disclosure and transparency, responsibilities of the board of directors, justice, social responsibility, Respect for stakeholders, discipline. Among the suggestions provided by (AMOS, Version 20) is deleting the questions pertaining to each dimension since the process will increase the strength of the model’s significance and the quality of its indicators. Cette étude vise à mesurer le succès de la gouvernance d’entreprise au sein Des Entreprises Cimentières à L'ouest Algérien grâce à l’utilisation de l’analyse factorielle confirmatoire et à la dissection de la structure factorielle, en plus des éléments et indicateurs les plus importants qui permettent d’étudier les variables de manière exacte et correcte. Une approche descriptive et analytique a été utilisée sur un échantillon intentionnel de 121 questionnaires. Les résultats montrent que la gouvernance d'entreprise conserve sa structure globale à six dimensions: divulgation et transparence, responsabilités du conseil d'administration, équité, responsabilité sociale, respect des parties prenantes, discipline. L'une des suggestions faites par (AMOS, Version20) est de supprimer les questions relatives à chaque dimension qui selon le processus de suppression augmenteront la force de l'indication du modèle et la qualité de ses indicateurs
