Abstract

Abstract: In this paper we study the behavior of investors, behavioral factors and biases affecting financial decision-making by addressing a range of articles and workes conducted in a number of financial markets over the past decade. The study concluded by identifying four behavioral factors that affect decision making in financial markets, ie, prospect theory, heuristic theory, the herd and the market factors. We found that the herd factor and overconfidence bias are the most influential on financial decisions in different markets. . Jel Classification Codes: G40, G41. ملخص: الهدف من هذا المقال دراسة سلوك المستثمرين من حيث العوامل والتحيزات السلوكية التي تؤثر في عملية صنع القرارات المالية، وذلك بالتطرق الى مجموعة من المقالات والدراسات التي أجريت في عدد من الأسواق المالية خلال العقد المنصرم. خلصت الدراسة الى تحديد أربعة عوامل سلوكية تؤثر على صنع القرار في الأسواق المالية، وهي نظرية الاستدلال ونظرية التوقع، عاملي القطيع والسوق. حيث كل عامل يضم مجموعة من التحيزات السلوكية، كما خلصت الدراسة الى أن عامل القطيع وتحيز الثقة المفرطة هما الأكثر تأثيرا على القرارات المالية في مختلف الأسواق. تصنيف JEL: G40، G41
