الملخص
ملخص: نحاول من خلال الورقة البحثية، التطرق إلى إبراز أهمية استغلال المناهج والأساليب التعليمية لتكوين رأس المال البشري بمفهوم الاستثمار التعليمي، وذلك من خلال رصد أهم الطرق والممارسات التربوية الموظفة بالمنظومة التربوية، ومحاولة وضع أنجع الطرق والوسائل التعليمية لتفعيلها، واختيار المناهج التدريسية الملائمة لتكوين رأس مال بشري في مجال التعليم يعود بمخرجات نوعية ومتميزة تتماشى مع الأهداف التعليمية وغاية النظام التعليمي بشكل عام، وصولاً لتحقيق كفاءة إنتاجية موجبة للنظام التعليمي، والتي تتجسد من خلال تفعيل حقيقي لمدخلات ومخرجات العملية التعليمية. تصنيف JEL : I21, I23, I25, I26, I28 Abstract: The current research paper attempts to highlight the importance of using educational curricula and methods to create human capital under the concept of educational investment by monitoring the most important methods and educational practices employed in the educational system and trying to develop the most effective educational methods and tools to activate them. The selection of appropriate teaching curricula to form a human capital in the field of education results qualitative and distinctive outputs that are in line with the educational goals, the educational objectives, and the aim of the educational system in general. This comes in order to achieve a positive efficient productivity of the educational system, which is reflected through real activation of the inputs and outputs of the educational process.
