الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لإلقاء الضوء على المفاهيم المتعلقة بالتنمية الزراعية المستدامة وتحديد أشكال التمويل الفلاحي المتاحة لهذا القطاع الحساس، وكذا تحديد أهمية أشكال التمويل المختلفة المتاحة للقطاع الفلاحي في تحقيق التنمية الزراعية المستدامة، وهذا من خلال محاولة الإجابة على السؤال الرئيس الآتي: ما مدى مساهمة التمويل الفلاحي في تحقيق التنمية الزراعية المستدامة؟ حيث توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى يلعب التمويل الفلاحي دورها هاما وحساسا في تحقيق التنمية الزراعية المستدامة، إذ أنه يسهم في رفع كفاءة تخصيص الموارد الطبيعية بالشكل الذي يسمح برفع الكميات المنتجة من مختلف المحاصيل الزراعية، من دون الإضرار بالبيئة واحتياجات الأجيال القادمة. Samarry : The target of this research paper is to highlight the consepts related to sustainable agricultural development And to identify the available forms of agricultural finance for this sensetive sector as well as to determine the importance of the various available forms of financing for the agricultural sector in the achievement of sustainable agricultural development,this is through answering the following main question : ‘in what extent the agricultural financing contributes in achieving sustainable agricultural development ! ‘.this study find that the agricultural financing plays an important and sensitive role in achieving sustainable agricultural development,it is contributed in Raising efficiency of natural resource allocation in the way that allows raising the quantities produced from various agricultural crops, Without harming the environment and the needs of future generations.
