صيغ التمويل والاستثمار الملائمة لعملية إعادة الإعمار في المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية

الملخص
الملخص: يهدف البحث إلى بيان أهم صيغ التمويل والاستثمار الإسلامية التي تناسب عملية البناء وإعادة الإعمار. وتحتاج المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية للمساهمة في عملية إعادة الإعمار إلى معرفة هذه الصيغ وبيان أحكامها وضوابطها لتتبنّاها كأساليب تمويلية واستثمارية. ويذكر البحث أهم هذه الصيغ المتمثلة بالاستصناع، والمرابحة المصرفية، والإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك، و المشاركة الدائمة والمشاركة المتناقصة ويبيّن أهم أحكامها وضوابطها الشرعية المتعلقة في عملية إعادة الإعمار. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في بحثه، وتوصل إلى نتيجة إجمالية تمثلت بقدرة المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية عبر هذه الصيغ التمويلية والاستثمارية المناسبة على المساهمة بعملية إعادة الإعمار . Review The forms of funding and investments which suits the process of reconstructions in the Islamic financial institutions The research aims at clarifying the most important modes of the Islamic funding and investments which are appropriate to the process of construction and reconstruction. To contribute in the process of reconstruction, the Islamic financial institutions need to know these formulas and clarify their terms and restraints to adopt them as financing investments methods. The research mentions the most important formulas which are embodied in Murabaha banking,Istisna'a and rental ends with ownership and the permanent and decreasing partnership and shows its legitimacy terms and restraints and its role in the construction process. The researcher uses the descriptive analytical approach in his research, and reached an overall consequence represented in the ability of the Islamic financial institutions through suitable investment financing formulas to contribute in the process of reconstructions.
