الملخص
مر الاقتصاد العالمي منذ نشأته بعدة تقلبات واختلالات، منها من تحول إلى أزمات، ولعل أبرزها والتي كان لها تأثير كبير على سيرورة الاقتصاد العالمي هي أزمة الكساد الكبير1929 والتي أصبحت تدرس كنموذج للأزمات الاقتصادية في العالم. وآخر أزمة في القرن 21 هي أزمة 2008 التي كان مصدرها الاقتصاد الأمريكي، وسببها الرهون العقارية المتداولة وإفراط البنوك في تقديم هذا النوع من القروض دون الاحتراز من مخاطرها، مما أدى إلى إفلاس رابع أكبر بنك في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وهو بنك " ليمان براذرز Lehman Brothers Banc " والذي عمر أكثر من 150 سنة. لتنتقل هذه الأزمة إلى بقية دول العالم بفعل الانفتاح الاقتصادي العالمي الحالي، وتحولت بذلك الأزمة المالية إلى أزمة اقتصادية عالمية أثرت على معدل النمو الاقتصادي العالمي وحركة التجارة الدولية، وهو ما سهل على تبيانه من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية. الكلمات المفتاحية: أزمة مالية عالمية، تداعيات، رهن عقاري، حركة التجارة العالمية، النمو الاقتصادي العالمي . تصنيف JEL:G01،F19،O49.
