Résumé
Algerian firm is theoretically placed in ideal conditions to grew, to expanse and to participle to the diversification of the national economy which is programmed and wished by the successive governments thorough an abundant public credit flux. Despite this fact the real conditions analysis, since the years of application of adjustment structural program rules and thorough macro economic and financial indicators, shown that this firm is fixed in an unusual and limited role as to consume credit and importations. And at all it does not reach its natural function like realize net income and sell goods and services.
