السياسة الفرنسية تجاه الإيالات العثمانية في شمال إفريقيا 1816-1820م

الملخص
خرجت فرنسا من مرحلة صعبة جراء حروب نابليون بونابرت الذي دخل في صراع كبير مع أغلب القوى العظمى أنذك، وبعودة الملكية من جديد إلى فرنسا كان على الدبلوماسية الفرنسية أن تعمل جاهدة بهدف الحفاظ على مصالحها في البحر المتوسط وفي شمال افريقيا، حيث بقيت فكرة احتلال المنطقة تراود الاوساط السياسية في فرنسا، وعليه عملت دبلوماسيا عن طريق سفيرها في اسطنبول لتحقيق هذا المسعى، خاصة بعد التهديد الانجليزي للمنطقة، ولقد كان مؤتمر اكس لاشابل فرصة كبيرة لفرنسا للعودة إلى الواجهة في اوروبا، واتضحت النوايا الحقيقية لفرنسا من خلال مشاركتها في تنفيذ قرارات هذا المؤتمر وتهديد الايالات العثمانية في شمال افريقيا، وسط معرضة كبيرة من الباب العالي، لكن رغم ذلك نجحت فرنسا في الحفاظ على مكانتها في المنطقة مما سمح لهل بتحقيق مشروعها الكبير باحتلال الجزائر سنة 1830. French policy towards the Ottoman Existance In North Africa 1816-1820 Abstract: France came out of a difficult phase due to the Napoleon Bonaparte’s wars, and who waged against most of the great powers of that time. With the return of the monarchy to France, the French diplomacy had to work hard to preserve its interests in the Mediterranean and North Africa, where the idea of occupying the region stile tempted the political circles in France, therefore it worked diplomatically through its ambassador in Istanbul to achieve this ambition, especially after the English threat to the region. X-La Chappelle conference was a great opportunity for France to be in the forefront again in Europe. France unveiled its true intentions through its participation in the implementation of the resolutions of the conference and the threatening of the Ottoman Regency in North Africa, despite the huge objection of the Ottoman Authority. France nevertheless succeeded in maintaining its position in the region, allowing the realization of its large project to occupy Algeria in 1830.
