انتشار ظاهرة الوقف الصحي في المجتمع الاسلامي في العصر الوسيط

الملخص
يعتبر نظام الوقف أهم الأنظمة التي اتسمت بها الحضارة الإسلامية، وفي ظل ما تعانيه مجتمعاتنا اليوم من عجز للوصول إلى مستويات من التنمية المطلوبة تبرز الحاجة وبإلحاح في إحياء دور الوقف، وعليه جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية تحاول من خلال دراسة تاريخية تحليلية معاينة نماذج لنوع مهم من الأوقاف التي تعددت في التاريخ الإسلامي وهو الوقف الصحي لصالح المرضى من المعوزين والفقراء، وتجلّى ذلك في تهافت الحكام والميسورين والأطباء أنفسهم على بناء المستشفيات وترتيب أمورها بأموالهم الخاصة في صورة رصد الأوقاف لها. أما الهدف من الدراسة فيكمن في الضرورة الملحة لإحياء سنة الوقف كظاهرة بنّاءة في المجتمعات؛ إذ يكمن ذلك من خلال نشر الوعي بأهمية هذا السبيل الخيري، وذلك عن طريق الدراسات والبحث وعقد الندوات والملتقيات وإظهار القيم التي تترتب على انتشار ظاهرة الوقف الصحي في الأوساط الاجتماعية من خلال مختلف أوعية الاتصال. The Spread of the Health Stay’s Phenomenon in the Islamic Community in the middle Ages Abstract: The Waqf system is the most important system that characterized the Islamic civilization. In light of the current inability of our societies to reach the required levels of development, the urgency to revive the role of the Waqf is a need. Thus, this research paper attempts to examine the models of an important type of endowments that have been mentioned in Islamic history, namely, the health stay for the sick from the needy and the poor. This was manifested by the rush of the rulers, the well-wishers and the doctors themselves to build hospitals and arrange their affairs with their own funds in the form of monitoring the endowments. Thus, the purpose of this study is the urgent need to revive the Waqf as a constructive phenomenon in societies, This can be done by spreading awareness of the importance of this charity path through studies, research, holding seminars and forums. And to represent the values that lead to the spread of the health stay phenomenon in social circles through various communication means.
