الملخص
الملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة الترجمة من حيث: - مفهومها. - كونها وسيلة لتوليد اللغة وتوسيع بنيتها. - كونها أداة تحصيل العلوم والمعارف باللغات الوطنية. - كونها أداة التحرر اللغوي من التبعية للغات المنتجة للعلوم والمعارف. - كونها أداة ومظهر التبادل والتفاعل بين الحضارات والثقافات واللغات . - كونها أساس الحركات الفكرية الكبرى، والنهضات الجضارية العظمى : النهضة العربية الاسلامية، النهضة الغربية الحديثة، النهضة اليابانية... - حاجتها إلى المأسسة وإلى مشاريع وطنية وقومية كبيرة واستراتيجية : مؤسسات، أطر، ميزانيات ضخمة. - كونها أساس أي تقدم أو تنمية ممكنة. Abstract: This study deals with the translation from where: - The concept. - As a means to generate the language and expand its infrastructure. - Being a tool for the collection of science and knowledge in the national languages. - Being a tool for linguistic liberation from dependency producing languages of science and knowledge. - Being a tool for the appearance of the exchange and interaction between civilizations, cultures and languages. - It is based on the major intellectual movements, Great Arab Islamic renaissance, renaissance and modern western, Japanese Renaissance... - The need for institutionalized and large national projects and strategy: Institutions, frameworks, the huge budgets. - Being the basis of any progress or development possible.
