الملخص
الفساد شبح يهدد الأمم في كيانها النظامي وأمنها الاجتماعي ،واستقرارها السياسي ورخائها الاقتصادي وتنميتها المستدامة ، فهذا الوباء أصبح ينتشر بسرعة يتخلل الأنشطة العامة والخاصة ،ويتغلغل إلى وحدة الدولة ليضرب أهم كيان بها وهو الموظف المنفرد بارتكاب جرائم ألفساد فبقبضه لعمولة عن ادائه الوظيفي او محاباة منه للغير او اثراء في ذمته بغير وجه حق ,جعله تحت انظار رجال القانون لإحاطته بمجموعة من الآليات القانونية الضرورية للتصدي لكل أشكال السلوكيات السلبية ولتعزيز آليات الوقاية والمكافحة من الفساد. corruption is a spectrum that threatens nations in their regular existence, social security, political stability, economic prosperity and sustainable development. this epidemic spread rapidly through public and private activities and entered the state unit to strike at the largest entity that is the only employee of corruption offenses. receiving money for his work or for the sake of others or the impending purchase of his property, putting it at the center of the attention of lawyers to inform of a set of legal mechanisms necessary to fight against all forms of negative behavior and strengthen mechanisms for preventing and controlling corruption.
