الملخص
ملخص تباينت المواقف من تعاقد منظمة الأمم المتحدة مع الشركات الأمنية والعسكرية الخاصة فللمعارضين ححجهم في رفض هذا التوجه الجديد للأمم المتحدة وللمؤيدين لهذه التعاقدات عديد البراهين و الأسانيد التي تشجع تعاقد منظمة الأمم المتحدة مع الشركات الأمنية و العسكرية الخاصة سيما ما تعلق منها بالأدوار التي تلعبها هذه الشركات في مجال عمليات حفظ السلام وكذا تامين الحماية لموظفي الأمم المتحدة و حراسة أماكن تواجد ونشاط هؤلاء الموظفين. ولتعاقد الشركات الأمنية والعسكرية الخاصة مع منظمة الأمم المتحدة عديد الأثار منها ماتصب في خانة الأثار المباشرة كالحصول على الامتيازات والعقود التجارية و أيضا دخولها ساحة الفاعلين الدوليين كمساهم في التدخل الإنساني أثناء الحروب و النزاعات في المقابل هناك أثار غير مباشرة من قبيل الظهور بصورة ايجابية أمام المجتمع الدولي وكذا البحث عن أكبر مساحة من الاعتراف الدولي على مستوى المنظمات الدولية ثم قطع الصلة نهائيا مع شبهة صفة المرتزقة. Abstract: The positions differed from the contract of the United Nations with the private security and military companies. Opponents have the right to reject this new approach of the United Nations and the proponents of these contracts. There are many proofs and grounds that encourage the contract of the United Nations with the private security and military companies, especially the roles played by these companies in The area of peace-keeping operations as well as the protection of United Nations personnel and guarding the whereabouts and activities of such personnel.
