الطفـل والتعـليم الإلكتـروني ... بين التطبيقات الغربية والواقع الجزائري

الملخص
إن التكنولوجيات الحديثة فتحت فضاء تعليميا متميزا، تغيرت فيه سمات المعلم والمتعلم والوسيلة التعليمية، وتولدت من خلاله علاقات جديدة ميزتها التفاعلية والمشاركة والتشخيص؛ فالطفل في الغرب قد تجاوز حدود المكان والزمان والوسيط في التعامل مع المعلومة، وأتيحت له فرصة الانضمام إلى المدرسة الالكترونية، ليزاول دراسته عن بعد في فضاء مفتوح في كل وقت وفي أي مكان، والقيام بدور إيجابي وفعال من خلال إسهامه في إعداد المواد العلمية للمقرر وإبداء رأيه فيها والتعليق على ما يقدمه غيره من الزملاء؛ وفي خضم هذا التحول الرقمي يتم الحديث على الطفل الجزائري وموقعه من العملية التعليمية الحديثة، في إعداد الواجبات المدرسية والبحوث العلمية، فإن هذه العملية تجري بتحميل ملفات تتضمن معلومات جاهزة دون معالجة أو تمحيص أو بذل أي مجهود في التحرير أو الحساب، دون تأطير أو توجيه تربوي ما دام يلج إليها بعيدا عن المعلم وحتى دون مراقبة الأولياء. تأتي هذه الورقة لتشخيص واقع التعليم الالكتروني في الجزائر، لا سيما أن النظم التعليمية في الجزائر أصبحت تواجه الكثير من التحديات التي تستلزم التصدي لها بفكر تربوي جديد واستراتيجيات متطورة من أجل تنمية القدرات والتحصيل لدى التلاميذ وتهيئتهم للتعامل مع متغيرات القرن الواحد والعشرين. Abstract: The new technologies have opened up a distinct educational space, in which the characteristics of the teacher, the learner and the educational means have changed, and new relationships have been created through their interactive advantage, participation and diagnosis. The child in the West has exceeded the boundaries of space and time and mediator in dealing with information and has had the opportunity to join the electronic school, to study the distance in an open space all the time and anywhere, and to play a positive role and effective contribution to the preparation of scientific materials and to comment on what other colleagues are offering. In the midst of this digital transformation, we analyze the position of the Algerian child in the modern educational process, in the preparation of homework and scientific research. This process involves downloading files containing ready information without processing or scrutinizing or exerting any effort in editing or calculation, without framing or educational guidance so long as he gets away from the teacher and even without observing the parents. This paper comes to diagnose the reality of e-learning in Algeria, especially as the educational systems in Algeria are facing many challenges that require addressing with new educational thinking and advanced strategies to develop the abilities and achievement of students and prepare them to deal with the variables of the twenty-first century Résumé : Les nouvelles technologies ont ouvert un espace éducatif distinct, dans lequel les caractéristiques de l'enseignant, de l'apprenant et des moyens pédagogiques ont changé, et de nouvelles relations ont été créées grâce à leur avantage interactif, leur participation et leur diagnostic. L’enfant occidental a dépassé les limites de l’espace et du temps et a joué un rôle de médiateur dans le traitement de l’information et a eu la possibilité de rejoindre l’école électronique, d’étudier la distance dans un espace ouvert tout le temps et n'importe où et de jouer un rôle positif, contribuer efficacement à la préparation de matériel scientifique et commenter ce que d’autres collègues offrent. Au milieu de cette transformation numérique, nous analysons la position de l'enfant algérien dans le processus éducatif moderne, dans la préparation des devoirs et dans la recherche scientifique. Ce processus implique le téléchargement de fichiers contenant des informations prêtes sans traitement, ni analyse ni effort d’édition ou de calcul, sans encadrement ni orientation pédagogique tant qu'il s'éloigne de l'enseignant et même de l’observation des parents. Ce document vient diagnostiquer la réalité de l’apprentissage en ligne en Algérie, d’autant plus que les systèmes éducatifs algériens sont confrontés à de nombreux défis qui nécessitent une nouvelle réflexion pédagogique et des stratégies avancées pour développer les capacités et la réussite des élèves et les préparer à faire face aux variables du vingt et unième siècle
