الممارسات النقابية والشراكة الأجنبية في المؤسسة الجزائرية

الملخص
ملخص يتطلب منا الحديث عن العولمة وانعكاساتها على العمل النقابي تحديد دور النقابات في ظل الشراكة ومعرفة أسباب الاضطرابات العمالية وعلاقتها بالنشاط النقابي في الجزائر. لذلك سنبحث ميدانيا عن واقع المطلبية العمالية عرضًا لظروف العمل النقابي في المؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية بعد الدخول في الاقتصاد الحرّ وتطبيق نظام الخصخصة والشراكة، الأمر الذي أدى إلى تراجع واضح في أجور العمال وتقهقر في مستوى معيشتهم. Abstract The talk about globalization and its impact on union work, requires us to determine the role of trade unions in the light of the partnership, and the search for the causes of labor strikes and its relationship with the trade union activity in Algeria. We will discuss the conditions of trade union action, and the objectives of the trade union organization through field research addresses the reality of the demands of labor in the Industrial Corporation of Algeria after entering into a free economy and the introduction of privatization and partnership Which led to a clear decline in the wages of workers and the decline in their standard of living. Résumé Le discours sur la mondialisation et son impact sur l’activité syndicale, nous oblige à déterminer le rôle des syndicats à la lumière du partenariat, et la recherche des causes des grèves et de leur relation avec l'activité syndicale en Algérie. Nous allons discuter dans cet article des conditions, et des objectifs de l'organisation syndicale sur le terrain et si elle répond aux revendications des travailleurs de la société industrielle algérienne après son entrée dans l’économie libre et la privatisation et le partenariat, qui a conduit à une nette diminution des salaires des travailleurs et la baisse de leur niveau de vie.
