الملخص

إن تحقيق ملامح المشروع الشخصي للتلميذ يتوقف أساسا على مدى القدرة على الكشف عن ميولاته واهتماماته الدراسية والمهنية، والتي ينبغي تربيتها وتوجيهها بفعالية للوصول إلى حالة التوافق في اتخاذ القرار المناسب لاختيار المسار الدراسي المهني المناسب. ومن هذا المنطلق فإن دور المؤسسة التربوية في الكشف عن هذه الميولات يعتمد على مدى نجاعة مختلف الأساليب الإرشادية المتبعة. وعليه يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز أهم المرتكزات البيداغوجية المتعلقة لبناء المشروع الفردي للتلميذ خلال مساره الدراسي. الكلمات المفاتيح: التلميذ، الميول، الاهتمامات، المشروع الدراسي والمهني، المؤسسة التربوية. The role of the counselling in the elaboration of pupil’s school and professional project Abstract The pupil's personal project is based on the nature of his interests and his vocations., to ensure a good school and professional choice appropriate to his project,the school establishment applies several methods of individual and collective counselling that reveal the vocations, and educate the pupil’s school and professional choices.in this context.This article aims to provide relevant educational insights relating to the development of the pupil’s individual project during his school path. Le rôle du conseil dans l’élaboration du projet scolaire et professionnel de l’élève Résumé Le projet personnel de l’élève repose sur la nature de ses intérêts et de ses vocations et pour lui assurer un bon choix scolaire et professionnel appropriés à son projet, l’établissement scolaire applique plusieurs types de conseil individuel et collectif qui permettent de révéler les vocations et éduquer les choix scolaires et professionnels de l’élève. Dans ce contexte, cet article vise à apporter des éclairages pédagogiques pertinents relatifs à l’élaboration du projet individuel de l’élève durant son parcours scolaire.
