الملخص
قد ينجم عن عملية المسح العقاري عدة إشكالات تثار بين الأطراف أو قد يتدخل فيها حتى موظفوا المسح العقاري إذا صادفوا بعض التجاوزات في ذلك، في بعض المرات قد تصل إلى الجهات القضائية لحل النزاع، وكلّ هذا يتم بغرض حماية الممتلكات الخاصة للمواطن والممتلكات العامة للدولة، فعملية المسح العقاري عملية دقيقة ومتشعبة تتطلب إجراءات وآجال محددة يجب أن يلتزم بها الخصوم ولو كانوا في نزاعات. Abstract: The real estate survey may result in several problems raised between the parties or may be interfered with by the staff of the real estate survey. If they encounter some violations, sometimes they may reach the judicial authorities to resolve the dispute, all for the purpose of protecting the private property of the citizen and the public property of the state. The real estate survey is a precise and complex process that requires specific procedures and deadlines that must be met by opponents even if they are in dispute. .
