تأثير المسؤولية الاجتماعية على الاداء الشامل بالإدارة العمومية ،دراسة حالة ببلدية سعيدة

الملخص
ملخص: لم يعد بمصلحة الادارة العمومية تجاهل أهمية إحداث التكامل بين مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية الداخلية و الخارجية و أثرهما على أدائها الشامل،لذا و من خلال هذه الدراسة نحاول توضيح أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية على الاداء الشامل بالبلدية،لتكون بلدية "سعيدة" محلا لدراسة ،و على هذا الاساس قمنا بتطوير استبيان للكشف على واقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية ببلدية "سعيدة"اتجاه أصحاب مصلحتها الداخليين و الخارجيين،و الاداء الشامل بها بكل أبعاده(الاقتصادية،الاجتماعية،و البيئية)،كما تكونت عينة الدراسة من 63 موظف تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية،و بكل المستويات الادارية بالبلدية،لتحصيل بيانات تم تجميعها و تحليلها بالاستخدام برنامج spss،لتثبت وجود اثر بين متغيري الدراسة،اذ من جانب المسؤولية الاجتماعية تحقق البلدية التزاماً متوسط اتجاه أصحاب مصلحتها الداخليين،و مرتفعا اتجاه الخارجيين منهم،لينعكس ذلك على ادائها الشامل و يبلغ مستويات تباينت بين مرتفع للأداء الاقتصادي ،و متوسط للأداء الاجتماعي ،أما الأداء البيئي فهو قريب من المتوسط. Abstract: It is no longer in the interest of the public administration to ignore the importance of integrating its internal and external social responsibility and its impact on its overall performance, therefore, through this study we try to clarify the impact of social responsibility on the overall performance of the municipality, taking the municipality of Saida as a place of study, So that we developed a questionnaire to reveal the reality of social responsibility in the municipality of Saida towards the interests of internal and external stakeholders, and the overall performance (economic, social, environmental) , the sample of the study consisted of 63 employees who were selected randomly and at all administrative levels in the municipality, the data were compiled and analyzed using the spss program, to confirm the existence of an effect between the variables of the study, on the social responsibility side, the municipality achieves an average commitment to internal stakeholders and is high for those who are out of it, this is reflected in its overall performance to levels varying between high economic performance and average social performance, while environmental performance is close to average.
