مساهمة المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمنظمات في التنمية المستدامة – دراسة استطلاعية لمؤسسة صناعة الأنابيب

الملخص
ملخص: حضي مضوعا المسؤولية الاجتماعية لمنظمات الأعمال والتنمية المستدامة باهتمام كبير ومتزايد من طرف الباحثين والحكومات على حد سواء، وهذا نظرا لارتباطهما القوي بالتحديات الراهنة ولانعكاسهما المباشر على مدى الآفاق المزمع بلوغها على جميع الأصعدة سواءا الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية والبيئية، ونهدف من خلال بحثنا هذا، وبعد الاشارة لأهم المفاهيم النظرية المتعلقة بمتغيري الدراسة، إلى تشخيص واقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى مؤسسة صناعة الأنابيب ALFA PIPE غرداية ودورها في التنمية المستدامة، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي وعلى استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة ، وقد خلصنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة تساهم بمستوى مقبول إلى حد ما في التنمية المستدامة، من خلال الأنشطة والمبادرات التي تندرج ضمن مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية اتجاه كل من عمالها وعملائها وبيئتها، وبدرجة أقل اتجاه مجتمعها، مما جعلنا نوصي بضرورة التعامل بشكل أكثر جدية مع برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية خصوصا تلك التي تعنى بالمجتمع . Abstract: Recently, the two topics of ‘social responsibility of business organizations’ and ‘sustainable development’ have seen an increasing attention by both researchers and governments. This is because of their strong association with the current challenges and their direct reflection on future prospects to be achieved at all levels, economic, social and environmental. Throughout this research work, after outlining the theoretical concepts related to the variables of the study, we mainly aim to diagnose the current state of social responsibility of the pipe company ALFA PIPE (Ghardaia) and its role in the sustainable development. This study was conducted based on the descriptive approach and a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. A number of findings have been made, the most important of which is that this company contributes to a fairly acceptable level towards sustainable development through activities and initiatives that fall under its social responsibility towards both its workers, clients, and environment; but to a lesser extent towards its community. This made us recommend the need to deal more seriously with social responsibility programs, especially those that concern the local community.
