الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تقييم إستراتيجية المؤسسة باستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن باعتبارها أداة حديثة و فعالة تمكن المؤسسة من تحسين أداءها و بلوغ أهدافها الإستراتيجية، حيث تم من خلال هذه الدراسة تصميم نموذج لبطاقة الأداء المتوازن لمجمع بيوفارم وتطبيقه على الأداء الفعلي للمجمع. و خلصت الدراسة إلى أن نموذج بطاقة الأداء المتوازن قد ساهم بطريقة فعالة في تقييم إستراتيجية المجمع من خلال إعطاء صورة حقيقية لمستوى الأداء الكلي للمجمع ، مما مكننا من تسجيل مختلف الانحرافات و اقتراح التدابير التصحيحية الملائمة. Abstract: This study aims to show the importance of evaluating the organization’s strategy using the balanced scorecard as a modern and effective tool that allows the organization to improve its performance and achieve its strategic objectives, in this study we have developed a model balanced scorecard for Biopharm group and applied to real performance of group. The study concluded that the Balanced Scorecard model has effectively contributed to the evaluation of the strategy of the group by giving a real picture of the overall performance of the group, which enabled us to record various deviations and propose corrective measures.
