نمذجة دورات الأعمال: الطرق وآلية التطبيق

الملخص
نحاول في هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على أساليب نمذجة دورات الاعمال (التقلبات الدورية)، حيث تهدف إلى ابراز كيفية تطبيقها، تحليل نتائجها وأهمية استخدامها كأسلوب كمي يساعد صناع السياسات الاقتصادية على فهم وتحديد مدة الدورة ومراحلها المختلفة. وقد عالجت في مضمونها المقارنة بين أكثر الأساليب شيوعا وبينت جوانب قصورها وتأثيرها على نتائج ترشيح الدورة الاقتصادية المتحصل عليها. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها هي الكشف عن حقيقة أن كل من مرشح Hodric Prescott (HP) ومرشح (BK) Passe-Bande لا يختلفان لاستخلاص مدة دورة الأعمال ولكنهما يختلفان في تحديد عمقها، لكن نقائص كل منهما تحتم على الباحثين تطوير خصائص أفضل للمرشحات. In this study, we try to highlight the methods of modeling business cycles (cyclical fluctuations), which aims at highlighting how they are applied, analyzing their results and the importance of using them as a quantitative method that helps economic policy makers understand and determine the duration and stages of the cycle. In its content, it dealt with the comparison of the most common methods and showed its shortcomings and their impact on the results of the nomination of the economic cycle obtained. One of the most important results is the fact that both the Hodric Prescott (HP) and the Passe-Bande (BK) candidate do not differ to derive the duration of the business cycle, but differ in their depth, but their shortcomings require researchers to develop better filter's characteristics.
