جدلية التنظير في الانتقال الديمقراطي في العالم العربي

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل وتفسير الحقل المفاهمي لدراسة الانتقال الديمقراطي من حيث التباين والاختلاف في تحديد وضبط المفهوم، نظرا لوجود العديد من الإشكاليات والنقاشات لدى المفكرين السياسيين. لتنتقل الدراسة لتبين مدى إشكالية تحديد طبيعة المداخل النظرية المفسرة لعملية الانتقال الديمقراطي في العالم العربي نظرا لاختلاف خصوصية البيئة التي برزت فيها الظاهرة السياسية، مما شكل عوائق لدى المنظيرين في اختيار النظرية الملائمة مع الواقع. في النهاية، تحاول الدراسة البحث واستقراء التحديات التي تواجه التنظير في الانتقال الديمقراطي والتي أصبحت محل نقاش لدى الباحثين العرب. The study aims to analyze and interpret the field to study the democratic transition in terms of variation and difference in the definition and control of the concept, because there are many problems and discussions among political thinkers. The study goes on to illustrate how problematic it is to determine the nature of the theoretical entrances to the process of democratic transition in the Arab world because of the differing specificity of the environment in which the political phenomenon has emerged, which has been a hindrance to the perspective of choosing the appropriate theory with reality. In the end, the study attempts to find out the most important jurisprudence of the Arab research centers in the democratic transition which has become the subject of discussion among Arab researchers.
