تأثير الجريمة الإلكترونية على الجريمة المنظمة

الملخص
كان من نتاج التطور التكنولوجي ظهور أدوات واختراعات وخدمات جديدة فى مختلف المجالات ولقد نتج عن الثورة التكنولوجية ظهور نوع جديد من المعاملات يسمى المعاملات الإلكترونية تختلف عن المعاملات التقليدية التي نعرفها من حيث البيئة التي تتم فيها هذه المعاملات. نتيجة للتوسع التجاري بين الدول وعولمة اقتصاديات الدول وما نتج عنها من عولمة الثقافة وكذلك الجريمة، هذا ما عجل بظهور منظمات خطيرة تعمل على مستوى دولي ومنظم متجاوزة الحدود الدولية ومخترقة لأكثر من دولة ومعتمدة استراتيجيات معينة وتحالفات بين المنظمات الإجرامية الوطنية والخارجية لفرض السيطرة على الدول خاصة في ظل تحالف المخصصين في مجال المعلوماتية مع العصابات الإجرامية المنظمة، مما جعلها من أكبر التحديات التي تواجه الدول بكافة أشكالها وبدون تمييز بين المتقدمة منها والمتخلفة.
