الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع العمل المقاولاتي في الجزائر وبالتحديد في منطقة الجنوب الغربي المتمثل في ولاية بشار، كما تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة كيفية مساهمة المشاريع في تحقيق التنمية ومدى تجسيد هذه المشاريع على أرض الواقع، ومالآليات العملية المُتبناة من طرف الدولة لتحقيق دفعة للقطاع السياحي في المناطق الصحرواية، وذلك بالنظر إلى المقومات الهائلة التي تحتويها هذه المناطق، كما تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على طبيعة المشاريع المرغوب في انجازها ومعرفة المعوقات التي تواجهها. This study aims to diagnose the reality of entrepreneurship in Algeria, specifically in the south-west region of Bechar, the study also seeks to know how projects contribute to development and the extent to these projects are reflected on the practical embodiment, moreover, knowing the process adopted by the State to make a payment growth in the tourism sector in the desert regions, This is because of the enormous potential that these regions contain, the study also attempts to shed light on the nature of the projects that are desired to be accomplished and the constraints they face.
