الملخص
تدور حيثيات هذه الورقة البحثية حول مسألة التأويل وتجلياتها بين الأصوليين والمجدّدين والذي يرتبط بالنص القرآني من خلال الأمثلة المطروحة فقد جاء البحث تركيزا على مفهوم التأويل وأنواعه وشروطه و أحكامه كما بحثنا في التفسير ذلك أنّ مفهومه يتداخل مع التأويل من خلال تحديد الفرق بينهما وكذا تطرقنا إلى أثر التأويل في نشأة الفرق. يمثل التأويل جانب مهمة في تبيان المعنى وإيضاحه حيث يأخذ الكلام مناحي مختلفة تستدعي تأويله وتفسيره من أجل تقريب المعنى وإيصاله لذلك كانت قضية التأويل مناط بحث القدماء والتابعين الذين لم يختلفوا في رؤيتهم العامة لمفهوم التأويل. This research paper concerns the question of interpretation and its manifestations between predecessors and successors, which is linked to the coran text through the examples presented, this research has been centered on the concept of interpretation, its types, conditions and provisions. As we saw in the interpretation, his concept interferes with the interpretation by determining the difference between them. So, we talked about the effect of interpretation in the formation of ancestors and contemporaries.
