الاقتصاد التّضامني والاجتماعي واستدامة تنمية الموارد البشريّة دراسة حالة "جمعيّة مرام التّضامنيّة"

الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى تقديم معالجة سوسيولوجيّة لإسهام الاقتصاد التّضامني والاجتماعي في إحداث تغييرات للتّقليص من بعض المشاكل الصّحّيّة داخل المجتمع التّونسي، وبالتّالي المساهمة في استدامة تنمية الموارد البشريّة. وفي هذا السّياق، سنسعى إلى الوقوف عند دور "جمعيّة مرام التّضامنيّة"، التي أسهمت بشكل ما في تنمية الموارد البشريّة وتنمية مُستدامة، وذلك من خلال سعيها إلى توفير بعض الخدمات الصّحّيّة لمرض نادر وخطير (ورم الخلايا البدائيّة العصبيّة Neuroblastome(1))، جدّدت بها نظام الصّحّة في تونس (تجديد وحدات الأورام للأطفال من خلال أوّل عمليّة زرع نخاع عظمي ذاتي)،علما وانّ الدّولةالتّونسيّة في حدّ ذاتها،لم تتمكّن من توفير تلك الخدمات لعجزها المالي الذي تشهده. وبِناءً على هذا، ينتهي الاقتصاد التّضامني والاجتماعي إلى إرساء توجّهات وأبعاد اجتماعيّة، قصد تحويل الأفراد من طور أنانة (Solipsisme) الإنسان الاقتصادي ومصلحته الضيّقة، إلى طور "الحسّ المشترك" الذي "يعوّل عليه "بودون" في استعادة أبعاد التّماسك الاجتماعي". the aim of this article is to provide a sociological approach to the contribution of the Social and Solidarity Economy in making some changes to reduce some of the health problems within Tunisian society and thereby contributing to the Human resource development and sustainability. In this context, we will try to stand on the role of "Maram Association" which has contributed, in some way, to the Human resource development and sustainability of the health system in Tunisia, by seeking to provide some health services for a rare and serious disease "Neuroblastome" (the renewal of the Children Oncology Units through the first bone marrow transplantation), taking into consideration that Tunisia itself was unable to provide these services due to its financial incapacity today. Consequently, the Social and Solidarity Economy ends up establishing social orientations and dimensions, in order to transform individuals from the economic and narrow interests of solipsism to the “common sense” which is “reliable” to “bodon” in restoring the dimensions of social cohesion.
