أهمية إدارة الأزمات في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية للمرضى في المستشفيات الخاصة بقطاع غزة

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى إدارة الأزمات في الكشف عن مستوى إدارة الأزمات و تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية في مستشفى دار السلام..أهم النتائج هي أن جميع متوسطات الأبعاد المختلفة كانت متقاربة من حيث أوزانها النسبية، فقد حصلت على وزن نسبي قدره (78.05%) بدرجة عالية.حصل المتوسط الحسابي لدور الموظفين نحو تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية على وزن نسبي قدره (70.88%) وجاء بدرجة كبيرة.وجود علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة إحصائية ( ) بين (إدارة الأزمات ،الإنذار المبكر ،الاستعداد،احتواء الأضرار، استعادة النشاط،التعليم )وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية في مستشفى دار السلام.وكانت أهم النتائج ضرورة العمل لإدارة المستشفى على اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة للتخفيف من آثار الأزمة والحد من استمرار حدوثها. العمل على إدارة المستشفى للاستفادة من أساليب معالجة الأزمات في الإدارات الأخرى في البلد أو في الدول الأخرى ذات التجارب المشابهة. ضرورة ملائمة المظهر العام للإدارة مع طبيعة الخدمات المقدمة للمراجعين.
