الملخص
ملخص: لقد شكلت عولمة الجريمة الدولية إحساسا عميقا في أوساط العديد من الدارسين لحقل العلاقات الدولية، من كون هذه الظاهرة تدفع إلى الاختلال بمنظومة العلاقات الدولية التقليدية؛ لذا لا بد من إيجاد حل لها، يكون متناسبا مع الآثار المترتبة عن الجرائم التي ترتكب في حق الشعوب، سواء كانت جرائم أفراد أو دول. ولا شك أن عالمية الجريمة، تستدعي تغييرا جذريا في حدود السيادة القومية، التي كانت تقف حاجزا دون تحقيق العدالة الدولية. وهذا الأمر يتطلب إجماعا دوليا؛ بضرورة الحفاظ على الجنس البشري وسلامته في ظل تنامى ظاهر الإجرام العالمية، وما ترتبه من ويلات وأزمات، تنذر بفناء البشرية جمعا. الكلمات المفتاحية: العولمة، الجريمة الدولية؛ القضاء الدولي؛ حدود السيادة الإقليمية؛ مبدأ الإقليمية؛ مبدأ الاختصاص العالمي. A summary: The globalization of international crime has been an issue of great interest among researchers in the field of international relations. The fact that this phenomenon leads to the unbalance in the system of the traditional international relations necessitated a solution that would be appropriate to the impacts of the crimes committed against peoples wither they are crimes of individuals or states. Undoubtedly, the globalization of the crime requires a radical change regarding the territorial sovereignty that was considered as a barrier against the realization of international justice. This issue requires an international agreement as it is important to protect the humankind from the devastating effects of the increasing international crime. Which can lead to the destruction of humanity.
