ميزة التناول الأصولي للغة العربية

الملخص
هذا المقالُ بعنوان: ميزةُ النَّظر الأصوليِّ في اللُّغة العربيَّة، وهو - في الحقيقة -، امتدادٌ لِمَا كُنتُ سطَّرتُهُ من قبلُ في أُطروحتي للدُّكتوراه؛ ذلك أنِّي كُنتُ هُنالكَ، قد درستُ جُملةً صالحةً من المسائل اللغويَّة الَّتي انفردَ بها الأُصوليُّون عن اللُّغويِّين، وسأحاولُ ههنا، تتميمًا لذلك العمل، أنْ أستخلصَ القانونَ الكُلِّيَّ الَّذي ميَّز تعامُل الأصُوليِّين مع اللُّغة العربيَّة، من خلال ما درستُ من المسائل، وقد لاح لي أن يكون هذا المقال في مُقدِّمةٍ، ومبحثين، وخاتمةٍ. أمَّا المُقدِّمةُ؛ فقد جعلتُها لبيان نُقطةٍ هامَّةٍ هِي: مَنْ هُمُ الأصوليُّون؟ وأمَّا المبحث الأوَّل؛ فكان بيانًا لتطوُّر العلاقة بين أصول الفقه وعلوم اللُّغة العربيَّة؟ وأمَّا المبحث الثَّاني؛ فهو لُبُّ الموضوع؛ إذ كان في خصائص تناول الأصوليين لمسائل اللغة العربية. وأمَّا الخاتمة؛ فقد أُفرِدَتْ لأهمِّ النَّتائج. الكلماتُ المفتاحيَّة: الأصوليُّون، اللُّغة العربيَّة، المميِّزات. Abstract This article is entitled "The characteristics of The Fundamentalists Treatment of the Arabic Language", which is in fact an extension of what I have already written about in my doctoral thesis in which I have studied a considerable number of linguistic issues that distinguished the fundamentalists from the linguists. Herein, I'll attempt to benefit from the aforementioned work, aiming to elicit the overall rule which marked the fundamentalists treatment of the Arabic language. This article is outlined in an introduction , two chapters and a conclusion. The introduction aims to explain one important point : who are the Fundamentalists? The first chapter investigates the development of the relationship between the principles of the jurisprudence and the sciences of the Arabic language. The second chapter makes up the core of the article as it explains the characteristics of the fundamentalists treatment of the Arabic language. The conclusion is devoted to the most important results. Key words The Fundamentalists, the Arabic language, characteristics
